The boundaries of the A. Philip Randolph Square Neighborhood Alliance sits squarely within one of the proposed historic districts identified by the Manhattan Community Board 10 in the Comprehensive Historic Preservation Plan (CHPP) of 2012.
Our catchment area is loosely defined by Lenox Avenue to the East, Morningside Avenue to the West, West 111th Street to the South and West 124th Street to the North.
